  • Dr. Phillips, is a CTP, Certified Tribal Practitioner and Medical Director of White Feather Tribal Services. Dr. Phillips, integrates Native & Alternative medicine in the treatment of Cancer, Chronic Pain, Opioid Dependence, Regenerative Therapy, (PRP & Stem Cells) Aesthetics.
  • Dr. Phillips currently serves as the Treatment Director at BioNutraceutical Health Solutions. She specializes in formulating and manufacturing cannabis products that have been endorsed by workers’ compensation insurers and payers. These products are utilized nationwide to address chronic pain, opioid dependence, and non-combat-related PTSD.
